大学科学 & 技术入门计划 — also known as CSTEP — at 全国网赌正规平台 is a grant-funded program sponsored by the New York 状态 Department of Education to support talented underrepresented 和 economically disadvantaged students pursuing science, 技术, engineering 和 mathematics majors 和 licensed professional careers.

入学 to the CSTEP Program is open to 全国网赌正规平台 students at all levels — first year through senior year students, transfer students 和 graduate students as well as post baccalaureate pre-med students — who meet specific eligibility requirements:

- African-American, Hispanic/Latino, American Indian or Alaskan native
OR meet the economic eligibility requirements established by New York 状态 - 全日制本科生或研究生
- intent to pursue a major 和 career in a STEM discipline or licensed profession
